Steve, Found your site quite by accident. I grew up in West Milton on Market St. and recall "back in the day" a garage band called Wissingers Place. That name has always stuck with me as a cool name for a band. I did a Google search it took me to this page! I graduated in 1976 and must have been a 6th or 7th grader in 1971. I can recall me and my neighbor buddies riding our bikes up to Stillwater street to hear the band. I wasn't into music so much at that time and don't recall what was played. My guess is rock covers. A good friend of mine, Larry Erbaugh, was a friend of yours back in High school if I recall and I can remember you playing in some bands at the battle of the bands or around the school(my memory is fading). As the cycle of life rolls on it turns out my oldest son is a good friend of Erin Higgins and I have met her several times. I saw her and Jeff last summer at a concernt in West Milton. Looking at the band roster of Wissinger's Palace, I knew several of the guys in High school but didn't realize they had been in the band. Thanks for the memory jog!

Do you remember a 4th of July where someone got the idea of turning all the amps up and playing Hendrix's Star Spangled Banner, while the "older" folks were enjoying the Fireworks Display? Your songs are awesome!, Your Cousin, Larry
